Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our educational seminars and limited seating capacity, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Student no-shows or late arrivals
  • Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts
  • Illness or medical issues
  • Transportation problems
  • Weather conditions
  • Dissatisfaction with course content

2. Course Rescheduling by Provider

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any seminar for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Instructor unavailability
  • Facility issues or venue changes
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Emergency circumstances
  • Insufficient enrollment (minimum 8 students required)
  • Equipment or supply shortages
  • Health and safety concerns
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Notice of Changes: We will provide at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling, except in cases of emergency. Notice will be sent via email and/or phone using the contact information provided during registration.

Your Options: When we reschedule or cancel a seminar, you may choose to:

  • Transfer to the next available seminar date at no additional cost
  • Receive a full refund if no suitable alternative date is available
  • Receive a full refund if you cannot attend any of the offered alternative dates

3. Advance Notice Cancellations

We may cancel or reschedule seminars with advance notice for operational reasons including:

  • Schedule optimization
  • Venue consolidation
  • Curriculum updates
  • Holiday scheduling

For cancellations made with 7+ days advance notice, students will receive priority placement in alternative dates or full refunds upon request.

4. Transfer Policy

Students may request to transfer their registration to a different seminar date under the following conditions:

  • Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled seminar
  • Transfers are subject to availability in the requested alternative date
  • Only one transfer per registration is allowed
  • A $50 transfer fee may apply

5. Course Dismissal

Students who are dismissed from the course due to inappropriate conduct, safety violations, or failure to comply with course requirements are not eligible for any refund or transfer.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is collected on the day of the seminar. Students who fail to pay the required fee will not be admitted to the course and will forfeit their registration spot with no refund or transfer options.

7. Registration Confirmation

By completing the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy. Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding this refund policy will be handled in accordance with the laws of Texas. All decisions regarding refunds, transfers, or course-related matters are at the sole discretion of the course provider.
